This book is for those who love fun. It is not written with an agenda, it does not have to mean anything if you don't want it to. Simply put... it's about a shy, talking alligator that goes on an adventure. The author does have a B.A. in Elementary and Special Education...however, none of their training was used in creating this book. There are no reading levels or prerequisites, just like your favorite book/movie/video game when you were young. Heck, just sit down and start reading. I don't want to give anything away.
